Subject Requirements

For patients with stroke or brain-injury:

• Normal or corrected to normal vision. Visual field cuts or homonymous hemianopsia is ok.
• Intact hearing or corrective hearing device ok.
• No history of dementia or long-term psychiatric condition. Able to provide informed consent.
• No history of long-term alcohol or drug abuse
• Brain lesion restricted to one hemisphere, multiple lesions within one hemisphere ok.

For normal, neurologically intact subject:

• Normal or corrected to normal vision.
• Intact hearing or corrective hearing device ok.
• No history of dementia or long-term psychiatric condition. Able to provide informed consent.
• No history of long-term alcohol or drug abuse.
